I arrive one hour prior to your event to set up and ensure everything is ready. During the celebration, I photograph your guests and create live 5x7 watercolor illustrations. Guests can easily head back to the dance floor while I work. Once completed, all portraits are wrapped in protective cellophane sleeves and displayed at a table for easy pick-up at any time during the event.

I am based in Texas, but I am willing to travel nationwide!  I will charge a travel fee that covers time and expenses such as hotel, flight, food, and transportation.

No problem! To ensure no guest misses out, I include a ‘How It Works’ sign with a QR code that lets guests order their custom portrait after the event. This way, everyone can receive a keepsake—even if they weren’t illustrated live.

Yes, to make the process smooth and allow as many guests as possible to be illustrated, I create a maximum of 2 guests per 5x7 card. This keeps the portraits detailed, elegant, and consistent.

I require at least one 4–6 ft table, 1 chair, and access to an electrical outlet. For outdoor daytime events, I need to be stationed in a covered area to protect the artwork and ensure the best working conditions.
